	Berg offers complete flexibility in pumping systems. Stainless steel reservoirs are mounted on a structural steel base with banding for additional long term structural support. Single and dual loop systems come standard with factory installed valved headers with, and pre-wired central control panels, which include: a NEMA 12 enclosures, 120 Volt single phase control voltage,starters and fusing. Underwriter Laboratory and Canadian standards association approved components. 	Closed Loop Cooling Systems
Maintains clean coolant throughout your process extending service life reducing maintenance cost and downtime. Reduces / eliminates scaling, liming and corrosion on coil / piping / heat exchangers, etc. Full packaged systems can include expansion tanks, air separators, heat exchangers, and PLC controlled variable frequency drives.

Specialty Systems
	Specialty Systems such as the Clean Water Tower Tank (shown at left) has separate tanks for tower and process water.  A heat exchanger is used to assure clean water is delivered to process.  Filtration, chemical treatment packages and plc controls are available.

	Central and Package Chillers
Central Chillers Berg offers efficiency, customization and a wide range of cooling capacities to satisfy any central cooling system. Indoor, Outdoor, Remote Air Cooled and Water Cooled Central Chillers are available from 20 tons and above. Depending on the application, semi hermetic, reciprocating, scroll or screw compressors are available.  Single and multiple circuits, individual or multi circuited evaporators can be used.

Packaged Chillers Remote Outdoor
	Packaged Chillers Air Cooled (condenser integrated, remote condenser or complete outdoor units) or water cooled packages come complete with pumping and tank, plus needed auxiliaries mounted for ease of installation and servicing. Indoor integrated condensers allow for heat recovery in winter and ventilation in the summer.

Temperature Controller
	Long-life, low-watt density incoloy heaters (9-24kw) resist corrosion better than copper or stainless steel. High capacity pumps for turbulent flow (3/4 to 7.5 hp). Removable top and side panels provide easy access. Bypass line protects heater and pump if process flow is shut off. Adjustable water supply pressure switch prevent operation at low supply pressure. Closed loop and negative pressure units available.

	Sand And Gravel Filters
The BERG "BSG" sand filter is an effective accessory to improve efficiency of your chilled water or cooling tower system by removing unwanted suspended solids. These solids can originate from many sources and are circulated through the system fouling heat exchangers, piping, and other heat transfer surfaces. Over a period of time this can cause not only inefficiency in the system, but costly downtime to correct the problem. By using the BERG "BSG" sand filter these inefficiencies can be reduced, as well as the downtime required to service your system. Filter tank is constructed of mild steel. Features : Filter bed consists of layers of various grades of sand for maximum filtration and quick release of solids on backwash. Convient access to interior by top cover plate. Can be operated with either its own circulating pump or by using the main system process pump. The unit is available in different sizes and each can be manually or automatically backwashed. All units are prepiped and prewired with all necessary controls, valves, and fittings for either manual or automatic backwash. It is recommended where plant maintenance is minimal that the automatic backwash unit be used.
