Exceptional Solutions - Fluid Chiller

System: Model PA-5X. Part washer fluid chiller complete with a separate heat exchanger (mounted and piped on the same frame) to separate the chilled water from the washer fluid.

Tonnage: 4.2 tons at 50°F leaving fluid temperature.

Pumping: Single 1 HP pump on the chiller side provides 10.6 US/GPM of chilled water to the secondary heat exchanger for the washer fluid.

Controls: Standard chiller controls with a remote hookup to a central PLC.

Benefits: Fluid temperatures can be controlled to a specifically set temperature or can track room ambient to allow for proper tolerance measurements on the parts without thermal expansion concerns. Secondary heat exchanger allows use of standard components in the chiller, reducing costs and allowing quick access to standard components for repair in case of any failure.
