Berg exclusive real time thermal model software simulates thermal load and process flow.

     The application shown simulates a heat exchange and five BERG fiberglass cooling towers. The application required instantaneous heat exchanger loading (i.e. Blast furnace). The software showed the sinusoidal oscillation in the loading of the cooling towers. BERG, suggestion of variable speed drives controlling the rpm of the cooling tower fan motors.

Software can be easily customized / redesigned to reflect any kind of thermal load or process flow.

A programmable logic controller (PLC) was used to precisely control the cooling tower oscillations during any dynamic loading situation.
